Currently we do not calculate shipping costs to Austria, Switzerland and Germany.

Outside of a campaign, the shipping costs can be calculated and viewed in the shopping cart.

When do I get my order?

The execution of an order takes 3 - 5 Days. Then it will be sent. The delivery time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Germany, Switzerland and Austria 4-7 working days

International between 10 - 20 business days

Where does my order come from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with worldwide facilities!

Will I be charged for my order?

There are no customs fees for Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

An additional customs and tax fee may apply to international orders. This fee is not under our control and is calculated by your local customs office. Customs regulations vary widely in every country. Please check directly with your local customs office to determine if your purchases are subject to customs duties and taxes.

My order should be here now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before you contact us, please help us as follows:

    Can I exchange an item for a different size / color?

    We are currently not offering any exchange. If you're not sure which size fits better, check out our size charts. We have one for each item in our shop in the product description.

    Although rare, it is possible that an item you have ordered has been incorrectly labeled. If this is the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order at [ ]. Provide your order number and photos of the incorrectly labeled item. We will then send you a new one or issue a refund!
