When will I receive my order?
The processing for printing the ordered items takes about 3 - 5 working days. Then it will be sent.
The delivery time depends on your location, but it can be estimated as follows:
National, rest of Europe and international between 8-10 working days
NOTE: Due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, processing and shipping times may be longer.

We partner with an on-demand order fulfillment company with worldwide facilities!
I will be charged customs for my order?
There are no customs fees for Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
An additional duty and tax fee may apply to international orders. This fee is beyond our control and is calculated by your local customs office. Customs regulations vary widely in each country. Please check with your local customs office directly to determine whether any duties and taxes are applied to your purchases.
My order should be here now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us as follows:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the shipping address.
- Check with your local post office to see if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise - If you're expecting home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you are!
If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left with the post office or with your neighbor, please contact us email@example.com ] in connection with your order number.
If you've found a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.
How are your products made?
We work with a reliable, high quality print-on-demand direct mail order company. They have locations worldwide. Depending on where you are, your orders will be printed and shipped from the facility that does it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?

I.I received the wrong / damaged product. What should I do?
We are so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. In order to resolve this for you quickly, please send us an email within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number and further details about your order at email@example.com ]. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution!
Returns - What is your return policy?
We generally don't offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is something wrong with your order / goods, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org ] to contact.
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com ] with photos of wrong / damaged items. We'll sort it out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size / color??
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you are not sure which size fits better, check out our size charts. We have one for every item in our shop in the product description.
Although rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If so, please notify us within one week of receiving your order firstname.lastname@example.org ] With. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item. We will then send you a new one or issue a refund!
