If you have a wide variety of products in your shopping cart, it may happen that you have selected an item from a different production location and shipping is also calculated for this location.

When does my order arrive?
The processing for printing the ordered items takes about 3 - 5 working days. After that it will be sent.
The delivery time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
National, Rest of Europe and International between 8 - 10 working days

Where is my order coming from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged duty on my order??
There are no customs fees for Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
International orders may incur an additional duty and tax fee. This fee is not under our control and will be charged by your local customs office. Customs regulations vary greatly in each country. Please check with your local customs office directly to determine if duties and taxes apply to your purchases.
My order should be here now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us as follows:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for shipping address errors.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Parcel theft is on the rise - If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you are!
If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or with your neighbor, contact us at [firstname.lastname@example.org ] with your order number.
If you have found an error in your shipping address we can send you a replacement order but shipping will be at your own expense.
How are your products made??
We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand dropshipper. They have locations worldwide. Depending on where you are located, your orders will be printed and shipped from the facility that will do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email us at [email@example.com ].
II received a wrong / damaged product. What should I do?
We are so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. In order to solve this for you quickly, please email us within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number and other details about your order at [firstname.lastname@example.org ]. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution!
Returns - What is your return policy?
We generally do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is anything wrong with your order/goods, please let us know by contacting us at [email@example.com ] to contact.
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [firstname.lastname@example.org ] with photos of incorrect/damaged items. We'll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you're not sure which size fits better, check our size charts. We have one for each item in our shop in the product description.
Although rare, it is possible that an item you have ordered has been mislabelled. If this is the case, please let us know within one week of receiving your order at [email@example.com ] With. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will then send you a new one or issue a refund!
